1. Agreement and age requirement
By using LabCheck or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. The service is intended only for adults aged 21 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Information service only
LabCheck provides community discussion, source records and educational reference material. It does not manufacture, sell, prescribe, dispense, test, authenticate, store or ship any substance or third-party product. Information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.
3. No medical, pharmaceutical or legal advice
Nothing on LabCheck is personal medical, pharmaceutical or legal advice. The service does not recommend purchasing, possessing, administering or using any substance. Consult qualified professionals and check the current laws that apply to you.
4. Independent sources
Sources discussed or listed on LabCheck are independent third parties. A listing, status label or member report is not a guarantee or endorsement. LabCheck is not a party to a transaction and does not control identity, quality, legality, shipping, refunds, communication or third-party conduct.
5. Accounts and security
Account access is operated inside the LabCheck application using email or username and a password. Passwords are stored only as Argon2id hashes and cannot be read back by LabCheck. You must protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
6. Memberships and billing
Basic is a free standard membership. Paid prices are displayed in USD or EUR before checkout. Bitcoin memberships are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and do not renew automatically. Pro Lifetime is a separate one-time USD or EUR purchase with no membership expiry or automatic renewal. Its base price is €75 / US$90 until 100 different accounts have made a confirmed paid Pro purchase, whether fixed-term or lifetime, and €149 / US$179 for new lifetime checkouts thereafter. Renewals do not count again. Existing invoices keep their quoted price. Access begins only after the Bitcoin payment has been verified and settled. Ethereum, Solana, PayPal and bank transfer are currently displayed as coming soon and cannot be selected. Taxes, cancellation timing and any refund right required by applicable law will be shown during checkout. LabCheck does not store wallet private keys.
7. Affiliate programme
Each eligible account receives a personal affiliate code and link. A new member using a valid ordinary member code receives 10% off their first paid membership. Active Content Creator programme codes use the customer discount shown for that specific affiliate. After the payment is confirmed, an ordinary referring member receives 10% of the settled membership amount after discounts; a Content Creator receives the individual commission rate shown in their affiliate account. The standard Creator offer is 15% commission and 15% customer discount, but individually agreed rates may differ. Included Pro access lasts while that profile is active and does not replace a separately purchased membership. Source profiles receive Pro access, a Source badge, their own forum thread and a Telegram topic arranged by the team, but no referral commission or LabCheck membership discount code. Any discount a source offers LabCheck users applies at that source, under the source’s own terms. Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent and self-referred payments do not qualify and related credit may be reversed. Affiliate relationships must be disclosed clearly when a code or link is shared publicly. Available balances of at least €25 may be submitted for manual payout review. Crypto payouts have a 15% fee deducted from the requested amount; the net amount is shown before the request is sent. Members are responsible for correct payout details and any personal tax or reporting obligations.
8. Community submissions
You remain responsible for posts, reviews, files and applications you submit. You confirm that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share them. You grant LabCheck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, format, moderate and display submissions for operating the service. You retain ownership of your original content.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use LabCheck to break the law, facilitate prohibited commerce, sell products, publish purchase links or discount codes, impersonate another person, harass or threaten others, expose private information, upload malware, evade access controls, scrape protected content or interfere with the service.
10. Moderation
LabCheck may edit labels, request evidence, move or remove content, restrict posting, suspend accounts or preserve records where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention or enforcement of these terms. Moderation decisions may be appealed through the contact address.
11. Intellectual property
The LabCheck name, software, design and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
12. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LabCheck does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a listing or that community content is complete, reliable or current.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LabCheck and its operator are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on community content, third-party products, independent sources or transactions between users and third parties. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
14. Applicable law
